Join us for Stroller Strides, a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun!

WHAT TO BRING (Stroller Strides): Please bring a stroller (jogger is not required); water, sunscreen, snacks for kiddos, and a mat or towel.
WHERE TO PARK: The best place to park is at the meters on Duquesne Ave, south of Jefferson Blvd. There is a free parking lot at Duquesne Ave. and Leash Ln (across from the dog park). Spaces are limited.
HOW TO FIND US: Once you park, follow you'll see a group of friendly moms with strollers in workout gear. Class meets at the picnic tables by the playground. Stroll on up and introduce yourself!
